With the Full Service Flat Fee MLS package you pay a low flat fee regardless of the selling price of your home, and you will receive the same great service you get with a traditional listing. The following is a detail list of what we offer:
Pricing
When you list with UtahHomeCentral, you will only pay a low flat fee of $1,500 regardless of what your home sells for. Because it's a flat rate listing, we require our customers to pay $235 at the time of listing and $1,265 only when your home sells at the time of closing. That's a significant savings over traditional realtor fees. For example, on a $300,000 home, the traditional cost for a listing is 3%. Therefore, you would pay $9,000 to the listing agent. With UtahHomeCentral, you would save $7,500 ($9,000 - $1,500).
Note: these amounts are for the listing side only. Per the MLS requirements, you will also need to agree to pay a buyer's realtor a commission.

Your house will be advertised on the most powerful home selling tools available. You will now have hundreds of Realtors trying to sell your house (note: with any MLS option, you must agree to pay a buyer's agent a commission if he or she brings you a buyer. It's up to you how much of a commission you pay).

Realtor.com is the largest real estate website on the internet and is seached by millions of people each day. Realtor.com also displays it's listings on about 80 other websites to provide you with maximum exposure.
Advertised on UtahHomeCentral
Your home will also be listed on UtahHomeCentral. UtahHomeCentral not only promotes its listings on its own site, but also on about 25 other sites such as Google, Zillow, Oodle, Trulia, homescape and many more.
Advertised on 100+ Websites
Through IDX (Internet Data Exchange), hundreds of brokerages import listings from the MLS to showcase on their sites. This means that your listing will also be advertised on these websites, such as Prudential, ReMax, Century 21 and many many more.
Contract Assistance
Each of our Flat Fee MLS packages automatically comes with contract assistance. As part of our services we provide the following:
- We will accept delivery of all contracts and counteroffers and present them to you.
- We will assist you in developing, communicating, and presenting all offers and counteroffers.
- We will be available to answer any questions you may have concerning your offer, counteroffer, notice, or contingencies.
- Review closing documents and attend closing
- Keep a copy of the final contract on file.
12 month "until sold" listing
Your listing will be good for 12 months. If for some reason you woud like to renew, you can do so for free.
A photo tour of up to 12 photos.
After you setup your listing, you will be able to upload as many as 12 photos of your property. These photos are provide by you. However, if you would like a professional photographer to provide photos and a tour, we can do that an additional fee. You can request this as part of your registration.
Make changes anytime
If you need to make changes, simply send us an e-mail with the requested changes and we'll have those changes made within 24 hours.
Right to Sell By Owner
If you find a buyer that is not represented by a Realtor, you will pay no commission.

Free Brokerage Yard Sign
Many of our competitors require that you purchase one of their brokerage yards signs. This makes their listing price deceiving because the MLS does not allow properties listed on the MLS to have a "For Sale By Owner" sign in the yard. All properties listed on the MLS must have real estate brokerage signs. Therefore, in addition to their fee, you must also pay for their sign in order to get listed. UtahHomeCentral includes the cost of the sign in the advertised flat fee listing.
Get All Buyer Calls
All calls to us will be directed to your phone, so if an unrepresented buyer calls you, you may be able to save the whole 6%.
3 day money back Guarantee
We also offer a 3 day money back guarantee. This isn't a guarantee that your house will sell, nobody can guarantee that. However, we understand that sometimes people make decisions and then want to change their mind. Therefore, you will have 3 days from the day you signed the contract to ask for a refund. If you request a refund, UtahHomeCentral.com will refund all but $50 of your fee back to you. We keep $50 to compensate us for the time and expense we had to spend to setup the listing.
