Agents charge a commission because they do a lot of work, and for many clients it’s worth the money. However, it only makes sense that if a client is willing to do more of the work, then they shouldn’t have to pay as much. As soon as a buyer calls on your property, it sends you an e-mail and a text message informing us that they called and what their telephone number is, so we can follow up with them and answer any questions they might have. It also gives the buyer the option to leave a message or connect directly to us if they’re interested after hearing the message about your home
• Comparative Market Analysis to ensure your home is correctly priced to sell for top dollar.
