Pricing: (Two Options)*
Option A:
Our total fee for this option is $2,235 and is payable as follows:
$235 paid at listing & $2,000 only when your house sells at closing.
Option B:
Our total fee for this option is $2,500 and is payable as follows:
No listing Fee & $2,500 only when your house sells at closing.
Seller / Buyer Bundle Program
If you will be purchasing a home and elect to use our "Seller/Buyer" bundle program, we will sell your home for a flat fee of $575 (listing fee) or $1,200 (paid at closing)*. *This is our fee. You will also need to pay a buyer's agent a commission IF they bring you a buyer. If you find your own buyer, you will not pay a Buyer's agent commission.
