In order to keep unscrupulous persons from taking unfair advantage of this program, the following terms and conditions apply to the free listing w/ purchase program:
- Sign a Buyer Broker Agreement (required by law).
- Work with UtahHomeCentral to price your home according to market value.
- If you purchase a home first, and then have us sell your home second, there will be no fees assessed.
- If you sell your home first and purchase a home afterwards, you agree to pay a $235 listing fee upfront and $1065 fee at closing when the homes sells. Both of these fees will be refunded to the you once you close on your new home.
