This means that regardless of the purchase price of your home, our fee is the same. From our perspective, it takes just as much effort to sell a $200,000 home as it does a $500,000, so why should homeowners with a larger purchase price pay more? 

Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional service, while saving them money at the same time. If you are selling your house, our fee is a low flat fee regardless of your selling price (check out our pricing here). If you are buying, we will rebate a portion of our commission back to you (check out our buyer rebates here)

We are located in South Jordan, but service most areas in Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Wasatch and Washington counties. Though our focus is mainly these counties, we have helped clients in other counties and can most likely help you, but if not, we can refer you to other trusted Utah real estate agents who can.
